INDUSTRIAL CHEMICAL WASHING

Industrial chemical cleaning is carried out by inserting a specific acid and descaling solution into the system to be treated. A pump can be used, for example a compressed air pump, so that the pressure of the flow can be adjusted according to requirements and in order to safeguard the system.

The solutions used for chemical washing differ according to the materials to be treated. However, they can completely remove limescale and all other impurities from surfaces. At Tellini & Company we always use tested, environmentally friendly chemicals with a biodegradability rating of over 90%.

Our professional, non-invasive washing procedures are divided into three stages:

  1. Identification of the product to be used and the quantities required.
  2. Forced circulation.
  3. Product passivation.

We then take care of the disposal of the washing solution using legally compliant procedures.

Industrial chemical washing is a fundamental operation for installations. In fact, the continuous use of untreated and unfiltered water causes the formation of limescale, silicon and various residues inside the exchangers. This leads to a lower heat exchange and therefore to an excessive consumption of electricity without an optimal use of the plant.

As plants are the heart of companies, it is therefore important to wash them periodically. Using techniques invented and developed entirely by our company, we offer excellent industrial chemical washing, using products specially designed for each type of material.

Our preparations are capable of removing limescale, silicon and a host of other impurities and residues that can adversely affect the proper functioning of installations. We can treat heat exchangers such as condensers, evaporators, absorbers, generators and plate exchangers, but also boilers, autoclaves, civil and industrial piping, etc.

Advantages of industrial chemical washing

  • Speed and efficiency of treatment.
  • It is a non-invasive and safe treatment, precisely because the solutions used are tailored to the materials to be treated.
  • Plants remain high-performance and harmful production stoppages are avoided.
